RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

All returns must be authorized by CampLlena so the first step for you to do is to contact us in order to initiate a return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number and a completed RMA form that you MUST include in your return in order to receive a credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be either defective or significantly different than what was described.

SHIPPING COST

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. CampLlena is not responsible for any damages that occur during return shipping. Shipping charges at check out are non-refundable.

DAMAGED CAUSED BY SHIPPING

This is specially applied to machines and other large items.

Notify us of any damage caused by shipping within 7 days so we may report it to shipper immediately. All items shipped via package service (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc) that have been damaged in transit must be refused at delivery or file a claim within 7 days after delivery. If your item was shipped via LTL freight, it is very important that you check your package and your item for damage BEFORE the driver leaves. The damage MUST be noted upon signing for the item. If damage is not noted upon delivery, we will not be able to receive a damage claim from the freight company to receive money for that damaged product. The customer in turn will not receive a FULL refund or a replacement item.

REFUND POLICY

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

CampLlena also offers full or partial refund if your orders are never received. Kindly take note of our shipping policies for estimate date of arrival of your items. This issue must be reported to CampLlena 7 to 15 days after estimated time of arrival. Upon proper investigation by CampLlena, we will initiate a refund and inform you of your refund status.

You will receive the credit within 5-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
